All returns must be processed within 21 days of receiving your order.
Returns and exchanges, that are not due to a fault or incorrect item being received, may be posted back at the customer’s expense. We do not refund the shipping cost for refunds and exchanges. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items unless the product is found to be faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
Any product purchased from The Newmarket Hotel that arrives with a fault must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Faulty goods will be assessed and dealt with as per the manufacturer’s warranty. There is no return shipping cost for items deemed faulty.
Please email a photo of the fault for assessment to ryan@fairbump.com. We can then assist you with returning/exchanging your item.
